Dear Real Estate Appraiser
Marketer,
Let
me get straight to the point. What I'm here to
talk to you about is how you can get your own Real Estate
Appraiser Marketing Blog that will help you be more
easily found online by those clients needing your real
estate appraiser services.
FHA Appraisal
Orders Are Surging.....How's Effective Has Your FHA
Appraiser Marketing
Been?
Right this minute, FHA Appraisal orders are
surging so much that FHA is postponing the requirement of
"State Certification" versus "Licensed Appraiser" status
just to fill the need for more FHA Appraisers. Do you
have all of the Home Appraisal Orders you need? How are
you marketing your real estate appraiser
services?
Did you buy one
of those websites from your Appraisal Software vendor
only to be disappointed that you're not being found
online when clients need a local
appraisal?
Are you just using a regular website and hoping
and praying some client finds it and finds you for their
appraisal orders? If you pay $500/year + for an
Super-Duper appraiser website with all the
bells-and-whistles, shouldn't that website at least help
you get found online? Has your appraiser website
helped you get found online? If they have a blog
feature, generally the blog feature doesn't get indexed
anymore than a regular website gets indexed....every so
often....not within minutes of your clicking
submit.
How many subscriptions
to online directories, like Appraiserstotherescue.com, at
$195/year for 3 counties does it take to supply you with a
years worth of appraisal
orders?
Have you signed up with some of these online
appraiser directories for $195/year for 3 counties hoping
to receive more appraisal orders only to not receive much
work? I've wasted a couple of thousand dollars on those
types of directories. By the way, doesn't it seem like
there's at least one new online appraiser directory
created each week wanting $195/yr for 3 counties? By the
way, over a several year period, there's been only 2
online appraiser directories that have consistently sent
me orders: www.appraisers.com and
www.zipappraisers.com.
Would you like
to learn HOW to get found online by those clients needing
your home appraisal
services?

While Regular
Websites Have There Place, Search Engines, Like
Google & Yahoo, Only Get Around To Indexing A Website Every
So Often.
THIS IS
INDEXING:

Blogs, on the other hand, are
indexed within minutes of blog posting, helping you and your
niche to be found much more easily by clients needing your
appraisal Services.

This Is An Example Of
Internet Indexing and how a NE Georgia Appraiser Became
The Local Expert Overnight By Commenting On The Local
Housing Market:

In some industries, Blog Sites are replacing
traditional websites because of superior indexing speed. And,
websites are extremely complicated to work with and require
extensive knowledge of HTML Code (I’d rather not go there….).
However, there are now professional blog sites that look and
function just like regular websites, but are much easier to
operate. If Bill can do this, it
must be
easy! Bill has been
working with Real Estate Appraiser Blogging For 2 Years
Now, has helped a few
Appraisers, 2 Realtors and 1
Church with their own blog setup, And Can
Save You Much Time In The Learning Curve.
More Internet Indexing Received
6 Minutes After I Clicked The Submit
Button:

Do You Need More Local Clients
(Attorney Work, CPA Work, Pre-Listing Appraisals For Homeowner
Selling FSBO & For Realtors, Mortgage Lending Work,
Successions, Settling Estates and Tax
Appeals)?
Do You Need
More National Clients (National Mortgage Lenders & The
National FHA Lenders)? Now That FHA is Approximately 75%
of mortgage lending today, how are you going to attract these
FHA Appraisal Orders?
If you operate your
appraisal business to avoid unpaid invoices, LOCAL AND NATIONAL
CLIENTS ARE ALWAYS COD - CASH ON DELIVERY!……NO COLLECTIONS
ISSUES.

When A Client Pulls Up Your
Regular Website, Does It Show Them A Fancy Page Or Tell Them
Immediately, Within The First 3 Inches Of Their Eye View, How
To Contact Your Appraisal Company For Their Appraisal Order? My

During Thanksgiving of 2007, while visiting friends
in Covington, LA, they were telling me about their
church website and the wonderful videos on that
site. The site administrator, my friend Nathan, was
puzzled about why his church website wasn't being
found online as it had been up for years without
many visitors. I helped him setup a blog, showed
him how to post to it and how to select the
appropriate titles to use in order to be found.
Nathan told me that within 1 month, the unique
visits to their church website had tripled and that
today, The Pentecostals of Lee Road have the second
most visited UPC Church Website in the State.
Nathan told me in Thanksgiving 2008 that he knows
it was using the blog that produced the results.

First, with
my Real Estate Appraiser Blogging Rewards short manual, I
teach you, in picture format, the whys and hows of
working with a Real Estate Appraiser Blog to get found by
clients. I also show you how to take the analysis in each
appraisal you perform and turn that into a blog post.
I'll add an easy way to find out where visitors to your
site are coming
from.
Second, I
will setup your blog to the point where you could
eliminate your current regular website if desired,
similar to the blog below with features such as an online
appraisal order page, about your company, service area
and fees, payment options, ask the local appraiser a
question button. Your clients can even submit their email
address and receive updates to your blog
post.
It took me
hundreds of hours and a couple thousand dollars to learn how to
build the sites I build
today.

NOTE: The blogs
I setup do require purchaser to purchase a domain name, which
can be purchased from www.godaddy.com for approx.
$10/year. Before you purchase a domain name, talk with me about
how to choose the most appropriate domain name to help you get
found most
effectively.
NOTE: With any
self-blog hosting, there is a hosting fee involved. Although I
am not an affiliate marketer of Host Gator, I do recommend Host
Gator based on my experience and pricing. They do have the
"Baby" hosting plan for approx. $7.95/month if paid annually or
$9.95/month if paid monthly. After you obtain your hosting
account, I will temporarily need access to your acct in order
to load and modify your new blog. You can always change your
password after I am finished. See: http://www.hostgator.com/shared.shtml
